When you validate your purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from our Customer Service.Otherwise, it means that your order has not properly registered, and must return to the page and make sure that valid though each stage.

Validation of your purchase is assigned an order number, which you can immediately see in "My Account".

If you go to the "My Account" and select the tab "My orders", you can check your orders identified by their order number. We collect the following information:

  • Order Status
  • The amount
  • Date of work
